C and C Connections offers content and services for those who have lost themselves or their dreams or those with a dream, a passion, to help others and want to do so to the fullest. Services include CARE-Ready™ Life Coaching, CARE-Ready™ Life Coach Certification, and CARE-Ready™ Responder Training.

Registration and Scheduling

You acknowledge and agree that all Personal Information you provide is correct and complete and belongs to you. You may not impersonate someone else while registering or scheduling.

C and C Connections uses third-party service providers Setmore, Eventzilla, Google, and Stripe for registration and scheduling purposes.

​

You may be required to provide payment information such as a debit or credit card as well as other personal identification information (name, telephone number, email, and/or physical address)  when registering or scheduling for services and will be maintained and used by us as permitted in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If you create an account directly with the website and/or through third-party service providers linked thereto to access, register, or schedule any service provided, you are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining your account and password. We are not responsible for any activities or actions that occur on your account or with your password, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorized activity on your account.

 It is strongly advised that you do not access your account, content, or any services provided by us on public computers or networks or save your password or any sensitive information on your computer or browser.

Billing

You acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to process any and all transactions initiated by you or on your behalf directly through our website and/or through third-party service providers for services and/or content provided by us. All activities initiated from your account and/or payment information or on your behalf will be seen as you. You are responsible for anyone, you or others, that may have access to your account or payment information.

You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes and fees, incurred through your activity on or through the website, including those of third-party platforms used for registration, scheduling, and billing. Unless otherwise specified, all fees and charges will be quoted and charged in U.S. dollars.

You must notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your statement; otherwise, you waive any right to challenge or dispute such problem or discrepancy.
