Cancellation and Refund Policy
We know things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for services provided by C and C Connections LLC.
Here is what you need to know regarding payment as well as cancellations and refunds for any of the following services: CARE-Ready™ Life Coaching, the CARE-Ready™ Responder Training course, and the CARE-Ready™ Life Coach Certification Program.
This policy applies to these services requested through our website, https://www.candcconnections.com, and other sites we own and operate, as well if the same service has been requested through the following partnering entities:
a) the CARE-Ready™ Responder Training course - the Step Forward Life Institute
b) the CARE-Ready™ Life Coach Certification Program - the STEP Forward Life Institute, United Graduate College & Seminary Int’l, Fruitful Life Network, Inc., iChange Nations
This policy is effective as of 1 August 2022 and was last updated on 28 October 2022.
For CARE-Ready Life Coaching sessions
Sessions are paid for at the time the session is scheduled by you. If a session is canceled at least 24 hours before, you can either receive a full refund or a session credit for your next session.
If a session is canceled in less than 24 hours, you forfeit your refund and no session credit will be extended. We will consider extenuating circumstances.
The same policy applies to group coaching sessions.
For the CARE-Ready Responder Training course
For individual Responder training
The course is paid upon registration. Once you have paid for the course, payment is not refundable and will have 90 days to complete. If not completed before 90 days, you may have to pay for the course again.
For group Responder training
Full payment terms and conditions are according to those negotiated and agreed upon in your contract agreement. A deposit may be required.
If training is canceled 72 hours prior to the first scheduled training session, a full refund or future Group Responder Training credit will be extended.
If training is canceled prior to 48 hours before the first scheduled training session, 50% of the full fee is refundable.
If training is canceled after 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable.
For the CARE-Ready Life Coach Certification Program
If a CARE-Ready Life Coach Certification Program registration is canceled prior to the start date of the semester registered for, 50% of the certification fee is refundable. This is because upon registration the registrant has full access to all of the Program's trademarked and copyrighted material.
If a CARE-Ready Life Coach Certification Program registration is canceled on or after the start date, the entire certification fee is non-refundable but a Registration Credit will be given for future use.
Registration Credits are only good for future registration up to one year after the semester of the initial registration.
Changes to This Policy
At our discretion, we may change our cancellation and refund policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this policy, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this policy.
